Almond Milk

Soak overnight 1 cup almonds, raw. Drain and rinse. Put in blender with 4 cups water, 3-6 dates, or other sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or soaked raisins).

Blend until smooth. Pour resulting almond milk through a nut milk strainer. Reserve pulp for crackers, granola, hot cereal.

Store in glass container in fridge for up to 4 days.
