Sprout Omelet Supreme

  • 2 backyard eggs
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • dash of garlic, salt, pepper and cumin
  • Coconut oil or olive oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture in.

Just before the egg is cooked I sprinkle sunflower sprouts, chopped cherry tomatoes, organic bacon and cheese. Tri fold with a dab of sour cream on top.
