Ultimate Smoothie

This recipe is the foundation of my sprout intake. Once a day, usually at dinner, I have a meal of this mix.

  • ½ clamshell container of sprouts (preferred alfalfa or broccoli my power foods)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 apple
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup of water (more water if you wish to drink)
  • Any other fruit you wish to taste (my favourite is Dates another power food for me)
